One Up Co., Ltd has contracts with one of the leading property developer in Thailand which is Areeya Public Company Limited to construct condominiums and townhomes. In addition, One Up will also tender for construction jobs from more property developers as well.

In present, our total contract value on hand is close to 4,000 MB. 5 projects valued at 527 MB have been completed, while we have 6 projects in progress with a quantum of 1,474 MB. Furthermore, within 2009, One Up Co., Ltd will start another 6 projects with a total contract value of 1,882 MB.
